How to make Oatmeal Cookie
Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 cup of Wheat flour
1 cup of Mixed Nuts(Here I used Pecan, Almond, pistachio,cashew)
1 cup sugar
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla essence
1 egg (You can substitute egg with 1/4 cup of apple sauce)
1/2 cup chocolate chips 3/4 cup + 1tsp butter at room temperature
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C)
Roast the Nuts using 1 tsp of butter. Make sure the nuts should be burned
Allow the nuts to cool and grind without water In a bowl, whisk together the atta and baking powder together In the bowl beat the butter until smooth.
Add the sugar and beat until creamy and smooth .
Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat to combine.
if you dont want to add egg in your cookie you can substitute egg with 1/4 cup of apple sauce
Add the atta- baking powder to the mixture and beat nicely.
Then add the grinded nuts
Then add rolled oats into the mixture
Finally add chocolate chip and combine it nicely
Take a small amount of cookie dough and make it flatten in the greased cookie pan and bake for 13- 15 minutes or edges are brown
Remove from oven and allow the cookies to cool in the cookie pan for about 5-10 mins
Then transfer into wire rack
Your healthy cookie is ready to serve
