How to make Spicy Indian Chicken Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 cups of Basmati Rice
1 cup of boneless chicken
1 chopped onion
1 big grated carrot
curry leaves
1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
2 1/2 tsp ofchilli powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
2 tsp of garam masala
4 1/2 tsp of butter
hot chilli sauce
soya sauce
salt to taste
1 stick cinnamon
2 cloves
2 star anise
2 cardamon
oil
Preparation
Cook Basmati rice by adding 1 stick cinnamon, 2 cloves, 2 star anise, 2 cardamon and 1.5 tsp of butter
Marinate chicken with 1/4 tsp tumeric, 1tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp of ginger garlic paste and salt and keep for 1/2 an hour Next fry the chicken and once it is fried, shred the chicken
Heat oil and 2 tsp of butter in a pan Add ginger garlic paste and roast till golden. Add onion, curry leaves and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste Sauté till the raw smell goes away. Add carrot and 1 tsp of butter
Once it is cooked , add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder ,1 tsp of garam masala , 1 1/2 of chilli powder and salt Then add shredded chicken into it and mix it well You can add scrabbled egg also
Then add rice into it and mix it well finally add hot chilli sauce and soya sauce into it and mix well
Thats it Easy spicy chicken fried rice is ready
