Mango Leches | Milky Mango Cake

How to make mango leches

Ingredients:

All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 2 and 1/4 cups

Baking Powder – 1/2 tsp

Salt – 1/2 tsp

Eggs – 4 in room temperature

Sugar – 1 and 1/2 cups

Vanilla – 1and 1/2 tsp

Water – 3/4 cup

Sweetened Condensed Milk – 2, 14 oz cans

Heavy Whipping Cream – 2 cups

mango pulp - 1 cup

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325 F In a bowl whisk together all purpose flour/maida, baking powder and salt

In another bowl add eggs and beat it until creamy

add sugar into the eggs and beat it well

Then add water and vanilla essence

Then add dry ingredients into it and beat it well

Transfer the batter into the greased 13*9 baking pan and bake for 45 mins

In a bowl add heavy whipping cream, condensed milk and mango pulp and combine it well Once cake is baked ,using a fork make holes on the cake before cooling

Then pour the milk mango mixture into the cake Then cover it and keep in fridge for overnight

You can add whipping cream on it while serving

Mango Leches is ready
